Bad customer service

Every time I order, inventory is not up to date. They tell me to text my order and most of the time I get no response for days and have to text multiple times. So I went ahead and ordered online because I can not wait any longer. I received an email items in my order were canceled and when I replaced those items I was charged more. I asked to honor the original price and got no response. I have been a loyal customer to this company for 3 years now and it’s unfortunate that I can not get a response when asking to place an order.

Bad customer Service Experience

So , I received my order promptly I give them that. However as I began to embroider the hats I realized the cap on at least 6 hats were coming in stitched from the bill. I reached out to them and said they would refund me $11. Like seriously $11 what I’m going to do with $11 I’m out 6 hats and got refund my customer for those 6 hats at $15 dollars a pop. It’s sad because I was looking forward to being a long time customer due to quick shipping and their variety.
